Centum Learning - Content Designer/Practitioner

- The incumbent will be responsible for developing content, customized or off the shelf offering for Sales academy, other sales training and leadership development.

- The individual will bring industry perspective through primary and secondary information sources for strengthening the offerings for industry, youth development, building industry need through structured review.

- One of the responsibility of role holder would be towards design and development of the content, training support material, manuals, program offerings and program management. Developing nuggets of industry perspective in sales and services domain using various technology.

- Maintaining relationship with industry for capturing current trends and preferences.

- Managing and inviting thought leaders from Industry for different areas in the sales and services domain for training and perspective building of participants and developing association with Centum Learning. Managing Industry Partnerships, if any.

- One would be accountable for product designing, writing and publishing Industry Relevant insights and White Paper.

- The individual will also be involved in developing tools and content for Sales and Services Academy. One would work on other varied initiatives as and when assigned. Work closely with CLO and provide support in developing framework and strategy for sales and services academy.

Candidate Profile

Essential attributes -

- 4 - 10 years in Sales Training

- MBA from Premier Business School desired, not essential. Knowledge, Skill, Attitude and role fit is more important

- Thorough understanding of Sales and Services Practices and Leadership Development Frameworks and contents

- At ease with use of technology for Content Design

- Good Command of written English and Grammar and any other one regional language

- Exposure to assessments and concepts of competency and competency framework

- Experience of content development for executive development workshops

- Experience of driving long term people development initiatives

- Experience of driving training workshops and interventions virtually

- Exposure to training assessments (ROI of Training) and development of assessment tools

Desired attributes:

- Hands on experience in sales function

- Exposure to sales training will be an added advantage

- Certifications in psychometric assessments, content design, competency assessments and framework or in technical / coding skills will be an added advantage

Key Responsibility Areas:

Some of the key responsibilities areas (not limited to these) would be the following:

- Writing White Papers with Industry Perspective

- Preparing thought leadership content from Industry for front line

- Developing tools for assessments and quality enhancement framework

- Ideate and develop content for other innovative products for the academy

- Managing alliances with external industry partners in context of Sales and Service Academy

The successful applicant will be a highly motivated individual with good communication skills; will have varied industry experience in sales and services function/ Leadership Development and training Function. Would have analytical approach with strong understanding of sales and services practice and leadership development insights. The individual will possess the ability to work independently and in teams.
