Centrum Wealth Management - Manager - Infrastructure Advisory

Exposure into Investment Banking / Corporate Finance Advisory in Infrastructure sector (Preferably in Roads, Renewables, Ports, Electric Vehicles, Urban Transportation etc.) & Logistics sector with in depth understanding of Commercial & financing aspects

Should have worked for atleast 2 years in Investment Banking role. Exposure to working/building Project Finance Financial Model is a MUST.

1. In depth understanding / Research covering Infrastructure sectors from commercial & financing point of view

2. Commercial and Financial Due-diligence of Equity and Structured Debt deals

3. Investment appraisal including Financial analysis/Valuation/ Financial modelling

4. Preparation of Marketing documents for deal execution and leading Due Diligence/ Documentation process

5. Engaging with Private Equity Funds, Strategic Investors & Structured Finance/ Credit / AIFs/ Special Situations Funds for closing deals

6. Supporting execution of SHA/Financing documents/binding agreements and deal closure
