Credit Analyst

1. Responsible for investment due diligence of structured credit transactions in the Financial Institutions space including meeting key management, understanding business model/operational parameters & conducting financial statement analysis.

2. Preparation of internal investment memos on the investment opportunities.

3. Assist the investment team lead in managing end-to-end execution of transactions by coordinating with various internal/external stakeholders.

4. Conduct detailed quarterly financial, operational and portfolio reviews of investee companies and identify early warning signals as part of regular monitoring.

5. Track industry developments & maintain sector benchmarking and detailed analysis of the regulatory updates in the sector.
