Centre of Excellence - AWS:
- Define and sharpen the Go-To-Market strategy around the solutions and offerings of the Practice.
- Incubate new technology practices & steer to hyper scale growth through the partner ecosystem.
- Plan training strategy to create adequate supply of skills in accordance with business demand.
- Contribute to business development, pre-sales and sales enablement.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the AWS team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Interact with the CXO, AWS Ecosystem and work with their Sales Reps for leads and consult clients on the blueprint and roadmap exercise.
- Alliance partnerships with technology ISV / OEMs and grow AWS ecosystem.
- Develop strong relationships with the cross-functional stakeholders throughout the company and are the point of contact for all AWS related queries.
- Be an active thought leader in the data engineering space by conducting webinars, seminars and releasing knowledge artefacts.
- Contribute to company initiatives and knowledge sharing (tech-talks, employer brand building and suchlike).
Candidate requirements:
- 18+ years of experience
- Hands on experience in managing AWS competency development in a reputed IT services organization.
- Prior experience in working closely with AWS ecosystem.
- Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced multi-task driven environment.
