Centre Head - Medical Billing KPO

Position: US Based Medical Billing KPO - Centre Head

Role and Requirements:

- The KPO center head will take charge of the existing 75 FTEs in the Hyderabad KPO center, put the right processes, systems, metrics and culture in place to strengthen the foundation of the team in order to grow it to a 300 FTE operation over the next five years.

- The ideal candidate profile:

- Have about 15-20 years experience in the Revenue Cycle Management/ Medical Billing space, working for a process and metrics driven organization.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Experience dealing directly, including face-to-face with US clients

- Have expertise on all aspects of medical billing from charge entry, coding guidelines, payment posting and accounts receivables management

- Have supervised at least 5 direct reports and at least 200 FTEs
