Role Description:  Evaluate, analyze and categorize incoming startup applications based on their sector, maturity and specific needs. Provide guidance to early stage startups and co-develop their goals. Recommend relevant programs, experts and continuously track the startups- progress. Have hands on involvement in organizing workshops, training sessions or incubation programs.  Job Description:   - Analyze: Identify critical needs of the startups by evaluating their online applications and conducting phone based assessments. If needed, modify the application and assessment forms to gather the most relevant data. Conduct a high-level market analysis to develop a deeper understanding of the startups- competitive landscape. Categorize startups based on their maturity and life cycle.  - Set Goals: Conduct one on one meetings with startups and set their short term goals based on the analysis developed earlier.  - Recommend: Coordinate with the team to match mentors, experts, programs or vendors who can help the startups achieve their goals.  - Track: Track the progress of the startups including goals achieved, number of mentors connected, etc. Procure detailed feedback from mentors, experts and other partners regarding the startup and record the feedback on the tracker sheet.  - Engage: Organize workshops, meet ups, group mentoring sessions or other programs that help to build a strong engagement with startups  Qualifications & Experience:  - 3-5 years of total experience, with at-least 2 years of startup experience and familiarity with start-up processes and methodologies like Lean Model Processes, financial modeling/unit economics, equity fund raising etc  - Ideally, someone from Ahmedabad / Gujarat who has exposure to the startup and funding ecosystem nationally / internationally and would like to play an active role in creating a world class ecosystem in Gujarat.  - Should have a good understanding of mobile/internet technologies, though the person need not be a technology specialist.  Skills & Competencies :   - Should be passionate and excited about supporting very early stage entrepreneurs from Gujarat  - Should be able to perform rigorous analysis of startups- strategy, market, and business model  - Should be self-motivated to perform multidimensional analysis of incoming startup data, be able to think on his or her feet and provide solutions to specific problems  - Should have a keen ability and interest to counsel entrepreneurs and empathize with start-ups  - Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially presentation skills  - Should be passionate about promoting entrepreneurship and startups in Gujarat  The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
