With a billion plus users on the Jan-Dhan, Aadhaar, Mobile (JAM) trinity, the shift to a digital, unified GST regime is driving formalisation of large swathes of the economy.With the Government&rsquo;s push to drive adoption of open access and inclusive technologies around Aadhaar (such as UPI, eSign, eKYC and DigiLocker), we believe that the unseen majority of India &ndash; Bharat - will join the economic mainstream, creating vast opportunities for innovation driven ventures.  - Through the Bharat Inclusive Technologies Program we aim to create a holistic ecosystem to systematically train and nurture aspiring entrepreneurs trying to leverage these inclusive technologies to create sustainable, scalable solutions for Bharat problems. Particularly, we are focusing on innovations and technologies applied towards financial inclusion and livelihoods/skilling sectors.   - The program will integrate research and dissemination with entrepreneurship practice and training, and include activities such as research grants, research publications,EIRs, incubators, sprints, hackathons and accelerators programs, thereby creating a holistic environment to understand the specific needs of Bharat and design appropriate solutions for them.  Role Description :   - As a Research Associate you will be required to conduct research, publish white papers, media articles and blogs. This fast-paced, creative, and collaborative business environment will require the Associate to be flexible and quick to adapt to the dynamic environment.  - The individual will need to be flexible for the dynamic changes in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative business environment.  Key Responsibilities :  Identify research directions and questions  - Conduct research (primary and secondary) and data analysis, and translate them into actionable insights that helps Research fellows and Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EiR) supported by Program to facilitate development of inclusive technology solutions  - Develop white papers, media articles, blogs, reports and publications  - Lead research projects by engaging with sector experts and stakeholders, academia, corporate; liaising with internal and external project stakeholders  Qualification, Skills and Experience :   Post graduate degree  - Experience of 1-3 years in a similar role from a think tank/academic institution/market research or business consultancy  - Strong communication skills  - Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, with experience in knowledge management and studying multiple databases  - Interest and knowledge in the existing startup ecosystem; understanding of emerging technologies and their impact  - Understanding of Low and Middle Income population of India  - Knowledge of data analysis tools and packages including Stata, R, Python, Atlas.ti, MaxQDA is a plus  The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
