With a billion plus users on the Jan Dhan, Aadhar, Mobile (JAM) trinity, the shift to a digital, unified GST regime driving formalisation of large swathes of the economy, and the government's push to drive adoption of open access and inclusive technologies around Aadhaar (such as UPI, eSign, eKYC and DigiLocker), we believe that the unseen majority of India - Bharat - will join the economic mainstream, creating vast opportunities for innovative ventures.  - Through the Bharat Inclusive Technologies Program we aim to createan end-to-end ecosystem to systematically train and nurture aspiring entrepreneurs looking to leverage these inclusive technologies to create sustainable, scalable solutions for Bharat's problems, especially in the Financial Inclusion and Livelihoods/Skilling sectors. The Program will integrate research and dissemination with entrepreneurship practice and training and include activities such as research grants, research publications,EIRs, incubators, sprints, hackathons and accelerators programs, thereby creating a holistic environment to understand the specific needs of Bharat and design appropriate solutions for them.  Role Description :  - CIIE is looking for a Program Manager who will be managing the Bharat Inclusive Technologies Program being run at CIIE.  - This role would include Operations Management, Reporting and Documentation, Stakeholders Management, Event Management, Portfolio Management to name a few.  Duties and Responsibilities  - Serve as the lead for managing the Bharat Inclusive Technology Program.  - Manage day-to-day engagement with program clients and partner entities  - Execute the planned program while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. program partners, marketing, legal, support, etc.)  - Work closely with the complementary partners (funders and investors, domain experts, and unusual suspects) and the portfolio startups to ensure they are successful in their mutually identified goals  - Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks  - Collate feedback from the startups and follow-up with the respective stakeholders internally to escalate and mitigate any concerns  - Handle a high volume of engagements and the fast pace of the start-up environment  Skills and Experience :   Years of experience : 3 to 5 years  Minimum qualification : Post graduation  - Can work with multiple partners, oftentimes having asymmetric demands, with last minute changes to program structure  - Has the ability to hold conversations with senior demanding executives and also get work done from people collaboratively across all levels of an organisation  - Thrives on the energy, intensity and ambiguity of the startup world and the challenge of bringing mature and stable organisations to work with them  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including familiarity with social media  The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
