With a billion plus users on the Jan Dhan, Aadhar, Mobile (JAM) trinity, the shift to a digital, unified GST regime driving formalisation of large swathes of the economy, and the governmentâ€™s push to drive adoption of open access and inclusive technologies around UPI GST, Aadhaar (such as eSign, eKYC and DigiLocker), we believe that the unseen majority of India â€“ Bharat - will join the economic mainstream, creating vast opportunities for innovative ventures.<br>Through the Bharat Inclusion Initiative we aim to create an end-to-end ecosystem to systematically train and nurture aspiring entrepreneurs looking to leverage these inclusive technologies to create sustainable, scalable solutions for Bharatâ€™s problems, especially in the Financial Inclusion and Livelihoods/Skilling sectors.&nbsp;<div><p><br></p><p>The Program will integrate research and dissemination with entrepreneurship practice and training and include activities such as research grants, research publications, EIRs, incubators, sprints, hackathons and accelerators programs, thereby creating a holistic environment to understand the specific needs of Bharat and design appropriate solutions for them.</p><p><br></p>Role Description - This will be a mix of program operations and portfolio role. The candidate must possess excellent relationship management and communication skills, business modelling knowledge and have some hands-on experience of managing project operations.<br><br><div><p>Job Description</p><br>- Manage the activities of some program modules<div><p><br></p>- Interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program performance<br><br></div><div><p>- Manage and support internal and external communication as needed for the program</p><div><br></div><p>- Provide advisory and support services to startups on their business, financial, investment and other needs</p><div><br></div><p>- Monitor business performance of portfolio start-ups, interface with other stakeholders and provide industry connects</p><div><br></div><p>- Interact and maintain relationships with portfolio companies, mentors and partners</p><div><br></div><p>- Study key sectors and generate insights, use-cases and industry analyses for internal and external usage</p><div><br></div><p>- Create timely portfolio update reports and continuously monitor performance of startups</p><div><br></div><p>- Deal scouting and analysis for new investment and incubation opportunities</p><br>Key Skills/Abilities<br><br>- Passion to support the startup ecosystem in the country<br><br></div><div><p>- Startup experience preferred </p><div><br></div><p>- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving approach</p><div><br></div><p>- Ability to identify and deliver new ideas to address key challenges</p><div><br></div><p>- Self-motivated and ability to define, structure and prioritize work for self</p><div><br></div><p>- Strong Communication and persuasion skills with the ability to think quickly</p><div><br></div><p>- Excellent spreadsheet skills</p><div><br></div><p>- Knowledge &amp; understanding of financial technology / financial inclusion sector would be an added advantage</p><br>Qualification/Experience Required<br><br>- Post Graduate degree in Management<div><p><br></p>- 2-3 years experience of working in operations/ strategy consulting program/project management roles<br><br></div><div><p>- Experience as a founder or with early stage VC firms, startups and startup related organizations is preferred</p><br> The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
