<p>Job Description - As a Research Associate you will be required to pursue in-house research as well as facilitate studies supported by the Bharat Inclusion Initiative.<br><br><div><p>Key Responsibilities</p><br>- Support research undertaken, including that being pursued by the research fellows and IIMA faculty.<br><br></div><div><p>- Undertake projects in financial inclusion and translate them into actionable insights</p><div><br></div><p>- Ensure publication of insights and findings in various formats of research paper, cases, white papers, media articles, blogs, use cases, reports etc.</p><div><br></div><p>- Assist in organising convenings for sharing insights and building collaborative knowledge about financial inclusion</p><div><br></div><p>- Collaborate with external and internal constituents</p><div><br></div><p>- Ensure timely and accurate reporting on research activities</p><br>Key Skills/Abilities<br><br>- Exemplary analytical ability and critical thinking<br><br></div><div><p>- Well aware and up-to-date with economic, entrepreneurship, innovation trends particularly in the space of financial inclusion</p><div><br></div><p>- Strong articulation ability, including excellent (English) verbal and written communication skills</p><div><br></div><p>- Keen attention to detail</p><div><br></div><p>- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and liase with internal and external constituents</p><br>Qualification/Experience Required<br><br>- Post Graduate degree/diploma in economics, public policy, management, business, or related subjects<br><br></div><div><p>- Moderate-to-advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and packages including Stata, R, Python, Atlas.ti, MaxQDA</p><div><br></div><p>- Strong publication record will be preferred</p><div><br></div><p>- Prior experience in a similar role: 1-3 years </p><br> The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
