Central Square Foundation - Fund Raising & Communications Manager - Language & Learning Foundation

Language and Learning Foundation (LLF) (www.languageandlearningfoundation.org) is a New Delhi based non-profit organization with the vision of enhancing student learning in primary schools, through professional development of teachers and teacher educators and building/sharing knowledge. We enjoy high credibility with several state governments and implement several professional development programs. LLF is in the process of raising funds for supporting its programs and other organizational activities and has identified some opportunities already.

To meet our goals, LLF seeks to hire a Fundraising and Communications Manager. The roles and responsibilities entail:

- Take overall responsibility for fundraising and communications work for the organization

- Identify and build deep relationships with grantmaking organizations working with education non-profits. These include CSRs, foundations, and high-net worth individuals

- End-to-end anchoring of the grant application process, and creating appropriate material for proposals and fundraising in general, with support and contribution from LLF staff where required

- Creating and anchoring donor reporting process

- Lead communications activities- development of brochures, leaflets, annual report; managing website and social media marketing

- Represent LLF at all appropriate forums

Skills required:

- Demonstrated experience in fund raising for non-profits

- Experience in social media marketing (Twitter, LinkedIn) and website based marketing

- Very strong relationship building skills and interpersonal skills

- Excellent writing and oral communication skills

- Strong reading and writing skills in English and Hindi

- Experience and expertise in overseeing the design of communication materials
