Job Title : Legal Manager - Structured Finance

Reporting To : Legal Head

Locations hiring for: Delhi with PAN India responsibility

Key Responsibilities - 

- Handling of Large, Multi Financier transactions - Fresh /drawdown etc.

- Should have expert knowledge of various Structured Finance and Syndication transactions

- Must be expert in handling Big law firms/ Senior Advocates

- Negotiation capability for getting better terms for the Company

- Should have skills to do Quick analysis of deals and should be able to suggest the options with in the scheme framework

- Closure of transaction in time bound manner.

- Expert knowledge of Company Act/ BSE-NSE/SEBI /FERA/FEMA/FDI/RBI and related Laws.
