Job Role : Central Knowledge Management (Km) Resource
General description :
- General Central KM resource
- Help the KM team in putting together, organizing, coordinating and managing various KM and training initiatives of the Firm.
Specific description :
- Help the KM Team build a knowledge database by tracking legal developments, circulating them within the Firm on a real time basis and saving them appropriately in the database.
- Assist in collecting, redacting, tagging and uploading memos and notes in the database
- Help lawyers with their research for memos, articles, bulletins, PPTs, transactions etc. as and when requested.
- Assist lawyers in coordinating and putting together Standard Form Precedents (SFPs). Follow up with lawyers on progress of SFPs and coordinating the project with other KM Team members.
- Help in the deployment of companies new document management system and any related support required from time to time.
- Assist the KM team in the process involved for the preparation and circulation of client newsletters.
- Assist the KM Team in maintaining lawyers' KM and training passports which record their attendance/compliance with various training sessions and KM programmes.
- Organizing the yearly 2 day outstation Fresher's Induction Programme and preparing training material for the same.
Requirements :
Mandatory :
- Qualified Lawyer
- Sound level of computer literacy- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good Time management skills
- Analytical thinking skills
- Ability to speak with stakeholders within the business to understand and determine requirements and translate these into results
- Sound documentation skills
- Strong organisation abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen eye for detail
