1) Job involves handling partner location and driving rigorously for meeting targets.

2) Will be responsible for highlighting areas of improvement to Partner team on daily basis

3) Will responsible for reviewing Partner location on weekly basis.

3) Job involves highlighting issues at partner locations to BPO team.

4) Will be one point of contact for partner for Operations & Quality.

5) Will be responsible for Commercial details of Partner location, Audit of details shared by Partners has to be done before being sent to BPO Commercial

6) Should coordinate with all support functions at BPO for any kind of issues and attend weekly meetings.

7) Job also involves highlighting Manpower concerns well in advance and integrity issues at partner location.

8) Job involves driving best practices at partner location for improving metrics.

9) Will be interface between partner and BPO for any data points required.

10) Job involves interlock between Circle and Partner on weekly basis & reviews with NHQ team on monthly basis

11) Will be responsible for imparting details to partners on daily basis based on discussions with BPO team.

Skill Required

1) Sound knowledge of call centre metrics across inbound & back office processes & the SLAs associated.

2) Sound knowledge of databases like Clarify, Avaya CMS, RCRM. Quality Portals, Csat Portal, PMS portals.

3) Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PPT

4) Should have knowledge of Quality & CSAT monitoring and calculations
