- To Become a part of the Retail & Corporate Operations Leadership Team this role is accountable for providing leadership and direction to a team of 250+ employees supporting UK Retail, Corporate and Mortgage Operations. This role is accountable for Quality Service Delivery to UK Retail and Corporate Customers comprising Risk and Compliance Guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1: Service Quality And Operations:
- SLAs.
- Portfolio Management (Process of retail, Mortgage, Corporate)
- Business Initiatives
2: Stakeholder/Client Management:
- Client Management
- Relationship with stakeholders for Business development
3: Risk and Control:
- Maintaining an effective Risk and Compliance environment at the Center.
- Ensuring 100% adherence to Group Policy Framework, GPL training completion, TCF, BCOB, AML and all other applicable regulations.
- Accountable for AYIC scores for the center.
- This role requires participation in RCO and on-shore risk boards.
- Service Level Agreements, Bops, Migration Documentation, and various Risk documents
- Responsible for proactively analyzing the process flows, identifying Risks, Reporting, implementing suitable action plans to mitigate such risks.
- Drive Risk Assessments and Races within the center partnering with the Risk teams.
4: Financial Management:
- Ensuring and managing costs within budgets and align revisions as per changes in the strategy
- Ensure optimum utilization of Capital Resources thereby maximizing customer value proposition and reducing costs.
