- Lead a center of 50-100 Engineers.

- Manage multiple Accounts multiple Projects multiple Technologies

- Hands on Delivery Management the ability to get into depths of Projects

- Business Development- Work on RFP, Proposals

- Process Enforcement- across Projects

- Hiring, Appraisals, Security Compliance

- Develop expertise in new domains, technical areas

- Aid in center growth and team competency

Ideal candidate:

- 14+ years experience in Software Industry

- Atleast 2+ years of experience in handling ODC.. multiple Projects.. across multiple technologies

- Good Customer Management skills, People Management skills

- Good Communication

- Team work and collaboration
