As Trader you will become part of a highly-productive desk that involves in discretionary trades across large asset classes to generate consistent profitability throughout pressure situation.

Trader will be trading multiple asset class

As a trader you should be able to map volatility & execute trades accordingly.

Understand financial markets at a Micro & Macro level.

Discretionary Trading of allocated portfolio within the risk limits.

Managing the overall profitability of the portfolio at the same ensuring that risk control systems are in place.

Analysis of the trading books and overall portfolio. Implementing new methods and new strategies for trading.

Maintenance of secrecy of in-house developed strategy. Active Participation in development and review of strategies. Adhering to risk parameters.

Continuous drive for product; process, quality and improvement of the P& L.

Ability to discover new trading strategies in the markets. Excellent grasp of market news & Current affairs

Desired Candidate Profile

Education-

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required

Doctorate:Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required

Should be Graduate/P.G. in any discipline.

Candidates should possess excellent analytical and quantitative skills and be highly motivated and disciplined.

Candidate should have a healthy competitive attitude and a result orientated mind-set

Candidate must have excellent numeracy skills and independent thinking

A Decision-maker who has the ability to work under pressure & willingness to continuously learn.

Advanced excel knowledge; programming skills a plus.
