Celkon Mobiles - Manager - Supply Chain Management

We are looking for an experienced person with experience and exposure to global sourcing & procurement, especially from regions like China, Taiwan, Hongkong etc. The incumbent must have prior experience and excellent knowledge in Telecom or Hitech industry products and services.

- Developing and deploying sourcing and procurement processes, defining SLAs, including but not limited to vendor identification globally and locally. Will be directly responsible for price negotiations and commitments from vendors.

- He would coordinate with internal stakeholders and proactively forecast and plan on a quarterly basis.

- This role will also play a key role in the development of policies and processes to be automated through ERP systems. Should define and deploy ordering process resulting in cost effective and efficient imports as per the needs of the organisation.

- Must have prior experience in international vendor empanelment, evaluation and review and strong experience in alternate sourcing avenues.

- Will be responsible for monitoring and controlling procurement process and identify trends to forecast the demand.

- As this position reports directly to Management, the incumbent must extend senior level support by evaluating, costing, negotiating and tracking the procurement process.

- Must be aggressive, motivator and problem solver along with excellent communication skills.
