Learn more about our global opportunities at cebcareers.com  Position :   FA Tools Analyst :   - CEB is searching for a Tools Analyst to be part of an India-based team.   - The FA Tools Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and creating key decision making tools that solve critical issues facing senior executives in leading global corporations.   - The individual should be able to work independently on excel based products,think visually, creatively and have a strong technical background.   Responsibilities include :   - Developing complex decision support excel-based tools with/without VBA.  - Demonstrating sound logic and judgment in understanding client needs and crafting solutions that demonstrate sound technical understanding - balance functionality with ease-of-use.  - Troubleshooting and debugging Excel macros used in creating decision support tools.  - Proof reading and quality check of tools created by peers.  - Manage a diverse set of stakeholders to drive quality and productivity goals.  Successful candidates must :   - Have strong analytic and statistical skills  - Have expertise in MS Excel (including an understanding of VBA/macros).  - Possess basic knowledge of software development principles  - Possess good data visualization skills  - Have an intellectual bent towards research  - Have strong project and time management skills  - Be self-motivated and is able to work with little direct supervision  - Possess good upward management skills- able to help their managers prioritize; proactively identify areas that require focus and bring them to manager's attention  - Be results-oriented with strong attention to details  - Be able to express clearly and concisely, in both written and oral communications.  - Have a deep commitment to service, both in serving internal peers and external clients  - Work well with team members based in other locations  Ideal candidates will possess one or more of the following :   - Experience programming in VBA, worked on complex data models and innovative graphical representations, and experience with advanced Excel applications.  - 2-4 year work experience of working with MNCs, and cross-geography teams  - Bachelor's degree (Master's Preferred) in Information Technology or a quantitatively-oriented field  For more information on other exciting opportunities, please visit our Careers page.  Note : CEB is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
