Role & Responsibilities:

- Data processing, interpretation and analysis: bring out meaningful insights from the data.

- Create HR and Talent data models based on MS-Excel and MS-Access

- Leverage research, and existing data models to solve global talent problems.

- Presentation / Report preparation: Act with awareness that analysis and presentation are equally important

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of advanced Excel and Access required (Excel VBA and Formulas; Access VBA)

- Knowledge of extraction of data from Excel and Access applications using VBA programming

- Excellent mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills. Knowledge of techniques like linear and logistic regression etc a plus

- Proficient in PowerPoint

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor- s/Master's degree required in Engineering (any discipline). Preferably from top Tier institutes

- Atleast 2 year experience working in Analytics/Modeling/Reporting Role
