Responsibilities

- Responsible for meeting agreed SLA on Turn Around Time & Accuracy

- Would support the Product teams by delivering monthly/weekly/Yearly reports

- Responsible for an entire Business from a FP&A perspective

- Would work onAd-Hoc Reporting and Analysis

- Would be responsible for preparing month end journals and reconciliations.

- He/she will have to analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management.

- He/she would be working on tools like Cognos, Hyperion/ Essbase and other applications

- Responsible for Improving existing reports/processes and create efficiencies

- Responsible for preparing Key performance Dashboards for the Senior Management.

- Will be a strategic member of the Finance team and will provide analysis, review and tracking on financial metrics that impact the organization.

- Analyze and interpret actual financial performance vs. operating plan, forecast and prior year results.

- Analyze financial data and prepare variance analysis as required.

Required Skills and Competence :

- Good knowledge of accounting and financial processes

- At least 5-8years- experience in Reporting and core FP&A

- Excellent communication skills

- Detail oriented and precise

- Advanced level proficiency in Excelis a MUST. Knowledge of MS Access would be an added advantage.

- Exposure to Oracle and reporting tools like Cognos and HFM would be desirable

- Candidate should have college degree in accounting or finance.

- Desire or experience to enhance the process and create efficiencies.

- Strong customer centric focus.

- Ability to build and promote team work.

- Very good Analytical / Problem solving and decision-making skills.

- Flexible, adaptable, proactive and self-motivated.

- Flexibility to work in shifts.

- Ability to work well in high-pressure situations in order to meet deadlines

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :

- MBA/M.Com/B.Com graduate or CA/ICWA inter

- Must have at least 5-8 years of work experience in Reporting/FP&A

- Domain would include Finance/Accounting

- Demonstrates behavior that promotes the values of the organization
