CD Analytics & IT Manager

Role fundamental :

- Manage CD business critical applications related with Analytics and Infrastructure while partnering effectively with CD COE for new requirements and funnel approved developments. You will have to manage team from multiple vendors to get the developments done across Business specific applications.

- Stakeholder management. Manage internal Geo CD IT & global CD IT stakeholder for getting project delivery done and work with external stakeholders like CD COE, Global CD COE community, ICD CD Business team, MT CD Business team

- Exposure to SQL/.Net & IT H/W/ Infrastructure is desirable

- Effective team management is very much required to deliver projects as per timeline

Expected Work :

- The role would be primarily responsible to own sustenance & be accountable for Funnel on existing IT CD Analytics & Infrastructure applications.

Rough 3+1 would like below :

Target 1 : Step change in service & Key project Delivery: Deliver agreed developments of Funnel and IPIX projects I space of CD Analytics and Infrastructure

Target 2 : Effective business partnering with CD COE& ensure target call reduction of CD Analytics tickets under level 1, 2 & 3 support & improvement in IM capability of CD in SAP BW

Target 3 : Ensure successful transition of new capabilities for businesses of ICD & MT and align them with mainstream business process and systems.

Some of the examples are :

- Meet Aggressive Timelines of CD business with innovations and delivery

- Existing CD landscape is complicated & interlinked hence any change would mean thorough understanding of our existing infrastructure + landscape

- Support more than 3.4 Million Outlets and generate intelligent recommendations at SKU-Outlet level

- Working and aligning multiple internal IT stakeholders

- Build new capabilities for Analytics and Infrastructure (Including Cloud storage)
