- 10+ years of integral part of the land acquisition team which has been involved in the acquisition of land in the state of Haryana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan & Punjab
- Job responsibilities assigned includes, Initiation / structuring & scrutiny of Project Proposals, Revenue Records & Financial analysis for the Management.
- Coordination with set of brokers for Scheduling / Re-scheduling of the project registries & agreements to bridge financial & operational planning, thus enabling management to take strategic decisions.
- Monitoring financial details & analysis of land purchased & prospective purchase. Which includes obtaining necessary management approvals, generating financial advises, Maintenance of MIS & Analysis of sensitive revenue record of the land of respective state.
- Scientific approach for the upkeep & maintenance of the land record & revenue record.
- Rich experience in the various coordinating activates with respect to the Licensing Processes at various stages, methods of Integrated Townships, Hi-Tech Cities, Group Housings, Commercial Complexes, It/ Cyber Parks & SEZs in the abovementioned States.
Real estate, Business Development, project sourcing, redevelopment of projects, strategy - deal structuring for JDA/Outright/JV/PS/DM, land acquisition, Due Diligence, Negotiations, understanding of bye-laws, Entrepreneurship, Project Planning, Market Research, contract negotiation, market acumen, networking.
- Will be responsible for the land vertical. Working on the land business opportunities for Developers /Corporates/ fund house that are suitable for development and divestment. As a consultant generate new development management deals for real estate company focusing on residential /commercial/retail /IT projects, including real-estate market analysis.
- Person need not to be from capital markets team but should have good exposure on by-laws
