JOB PROFILE/REQUIREMENTS :

CBRE's Industrial Advisory group is looking to recruit a senior seasoned advisory professional in Dubai, with key responsibilities of growing the Industrial advisory business for CBRE, across Middle East and Africa markets.

Typical requirements for the profile are as below :

- MBA/ Masters in Finance / Economics or equivalent specialization and preferably with an undergraduate Engineering Degree

- A minimum of 8-10 years of work experience in the field of Industrial/Infrastructure and Real Estate/Strategic Consulting

Job Description Middle East - Industrial Advisory :

- Existing network of relevant client across Middle East and Africa for Industrial advisory work, and business development experience in terms of managing client relationships, generating new business leads, team management, etc.

- Should have successfully managed and delivered Industrial / economic consulting studies, covering industrial parks, industrial cities, economic / industrial corridors, Special Economic Zones / Free Trade Zones, Airport / Port led industrial zones, industrial townships, industrial led urban development, High-tech industrial / Innovation & R&D developments, etc. Experience in Middle East region will be preferred.

- Understanding of the industrial and manufacturing sector dynamics as well as economics, trade, policy, etc. across emerging markets especially for Middle East and Africa geographies

- Proficiency in use of various statistical and economic models used for demand forecasting, sector analysis, economic impact assessment, etc.

- Sound knowledge of financial modeling, public private structuring, and experience in having undertaken financial analysis for Industrial infrastructure projects

- Exposure to regional markets is necessary, and ideally the candidate should have had business exposure to Africa and Middle East Industrial markets

- Excellent communication and analytical skills, 'report' writing capabilities, preparation and delivery of presentations to clients

- Ability to travel frequently as well as work to deadlines and manage time effectively

- Place of posting - Dubai, UAE

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES :

- To undertake business development, for CBRE's industrial advisory division with the objective of growing the set of clients across Middle East and Africa

- To lead Industrial advisory projects, manage project teams, review of deliverables, etc. to ensure successful project delivery

- Review and preparation of proposals / pitches/work orders/agreements etc.

- Work closely with the Industrial Advisory vertical head, department head, legal and compliance teams on the above.

- Support senior management and participate in periodical business reviews

- The role will involve traveling across domestic / international geographies to manage projects and undertake business development activities
