Consultant / Sr. Consultant / DGM - Datacenter Specialist

- Lead projects on Consulting and Valuation domain for Datacenters - Pan India central SPOC

- Should be adept at running financial analysis for the segment for an effective review of financial models and business plans

- Train (knowledge transfer) to team members for forming a core DC - C&V team

- Should be able to liaise with team members such as Lenders Independent engineers (LIE) and Risk monitoring teams to deliver appropriate solutions to the client

- Aid in development of Business Strategy (Pan India) - Undertake client management on existing mandates, undertake active business development to expand business in this segment

- Identify new clients to grow the business & Relationship Management

- Be updated on the current industry news on Technology, Operations, Clients, market movements, etc.

REQUIREMENTS :

- Candidates having an experience in datacenter operations, investments or consultancy would be preferred

- Keen understanding of Datacenter set-up requirements and technical nuances.

- Understanding of local infrastructure (Power, Network, etc.)

- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must
