Essential Duties and Experience required Over 10 years of experience in the Industrial Real Estate Infrastructure sector - Development Strategy &amp; Transaction Advisory across emerging markets globally. Have successfully managed prominent private &amp; government stakeholders and assisted them in planning, implementation &amp; marketing of their large economic/ industrial development initiatives - across geographies including India, South &amp; South-East Asia, Eastern Europe &amp; CIS, Middle East-Africa &amp; South America. Managing clients across emerging markets globally within the Industrial Infrastructure Development, Real Estate &amp; Social Infrastructure Domain - Transaction Advisory, Techno-Economic Valuations and Project Marketing Domain Focus: Industrial &amp; Logistics Infrastructure (Industrial Parks, SEZs, Free Zones, Logistics Zones, etc,), Real Estate, Turnkey Infrastructure (Airport Cities, Greenfield Townships, Economic Corridors, Port Economic Zones, etc) Tourism Sector, Corporate Strategy, Economic Policy, PPP Structuring, Marketing Strategies, etc Requirements- - 10+ years of experience in Consulting and in Industrial/Real Estate industry is preferred - Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Computer Science/ B-Tech with Post Graduation/Masters would be preferred
