CBO - SaaS Product Startup

This is for a very large startup with SAAS product.

- Responsible for complete P&L, Customer Management, Business Development/Market and Marketing efforts, Operational Performance, Employees and their Performance

- Build and execute a high-level, growth driven strategy to achieve profitable major market share

- Lead team to expand customer base with other cross functional responsibilities like Strategy, Research, Advertising (Online and Offline), General Management, Product Management and Technical team's interaction.

COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE:

- Should have managed P&L role for a SAAS firm

- Demonstrated experience in Profit-Center management

- Should be results & customer focused

- Leads and adapts to change

- Demonstrated experience in Leadership/ Team Management/ Cross Functional Leadership

- Responsible for Market Intelligence, Pricing, Packaging and Fulfillment, Cost Measurement/ Monitoring/ Management, Sales Planning and Budgeting
