CBO/Co-Founder - SaaS Product
- Candidate should come with experience building teams or should have been a part of a 0-1 journey at any capacity
- Ideal background would be Consumer Internet/SaaS/Investment Banking/PE/VC
- Define the ideal team structure to support your vision, and lead the recruitment and development of a high-performing sales force.
- Spearhead sales strategy and execution, driving significant revenue growth and market share acquisition.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO as a strategic partner, ensuring alignment between business goals and product development.
- 0-1 experience: Experience working in any capacity on a 0-1 product growth journey.
- Profile stability: A minimum 2 years of experience in recent stints is a must.
- Exiting Co-Founder: If you are a co-founder planning to exit and looking to move back to corporate.
- PnL leaders: Candidates who have managed a PnL responsibility in the recent past
- Ex Strategy Consultants: Previous work ex in MBB or any Tier 1 consulting organization, is good to have
- Work with an extremely pedigreed set of leadership
