You will be in charge of a team of IT managers and manage the company's technology operations and the implementation of new IT systems and policies. - An excellent IT manager is very knowledgeable in IT and computer systems. They have a solid technical background while able to manage and motivate people. Responsibilities: - Oversee all IT functions of the company including SAP, data center management, IT security, Helpdesk, Vendor relationship, Application development, Disaster recovery planning. - In depth knowledge of SAP Core Business Model processes - Must have excellent understanding in various phases of SAP implementation and functions right from requirement mapping, application development, testing till post implementation support. - Must have good experience in SAP Technical/Functional modules. - Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective. - Must have team handling experience of min 15-20 members. &nbsp;Responsibilities - - Planning and executing SAP project implementation methodology. - Align with Infrastructure build managers for delivery of multiple build projects as part of the SAP Cloud infrastructure build program. - Develop SAP plan for the current and upcoming requirements/projects of the IT as per the standard project life cycle. - Plan, monitor and recommend SAP Administration, Unix OS, and others. - Manage SAP support projects including scheduling the work, ensuring availability of resources, materials, etc. - Lead process development discussions with the companies, to walk through existing processes and procedures, and link those to the functionality of SAP to assist companies in developing processes and procedures for their companies within the SAP functionality. - Responsible for defining, documenting, driving, reporting, and managing SAP production infrastructure improvement projects as a delivery leader, and operational acceptance of solutions deployed into production. - Responsible for handling IT Infrastructure which included Linux/Solaris, AWS Cloud &amp; Devops Windows, Networking, storages, SAN Switches, and backups. - Automation of SAP with SCADA for Production Data, IT Infrastructure Management, Data Centre and Disaster Recovery Management. - Lead SAP and non-SAP installation, implementation, migration and upgrade projects for internal and external customers - Develop and maintain all SAP global access and control policies for the group. - Connect with key stakeholder from other departments to ensure SAP products/services are offered at the highest possible quality and efficiency. Experience and Skills Required: - SAP end to end project experience is a must. Must have handled large teams - Exp required - 10 years and above Key skills - SAP Project management,SAP implementation, Agile Methodology&nbsp; Qualification - B.E graduate Skills and Experience required - 10+ years of experience delivering large scale SAP implementation projects - In depth knowledge of SAP Core Business Model processes - Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications - Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc. - Experience in controlling information technology budget - Excellent organizational and leadership skills - Outstanding communication abilities - Btech in computer science, engineering or relevant field; MSc/MA/Mtech will be a plus
