PURPOSE OF THE JOB :
- To execute marketing led activities to generate sales
- To collect competitor pricing information and recommend suitable pricing
- To audit the outlets to identify the quality of all available brand elements, collateral exhibits and customer satisfaction.
JOB FUNCTIONS :
1. Execute the Brand plan :
- Activity to be tracked and learning to be circulated
- To provide inputs to improve planned activities
- Review and report performance of every brand level activity
2. Cross promotion and Tie UP's :
- Identify partner outlets and brands
- Tie up with them for co branded activities
- Initiate and implement brand activations
3. Competition Understanding :
- Keep a track of all competition activities
- Visit competition stores and collect pricing details
4. Consumer Understanding :
- To visits markets and evaluate customer insights by audit and interactions
- Circulate reports on the findings.
5. Govern the brand Guidelines :
- Highlight issues and ensure required changes are made
6. Events co ordination and execution :
- Work closely with regional marketing team to plan events
- Co-ordinate with various departments and ensure execution of events as per requirement
