Job Profile:
- Lead the sales strategy and operations for the assigned category portfolio
- Lead review and management of consolidated category-wise demand plans (Annual,Quarterly and Monthly)
- Lead the RTM execution strategy and ensure the success of the category executed over the next 3 years while collaborating with global and India sales strategy teams
- Monitor competitor activities in the channel / category providing insights to Marketing, Finance, Quality, Pricing etc
- Launch innovative projects aimed at driving channel sales efficiency
- Execute All India channel programs
- Identify the key channels for the product range, determine the appropriate SKU- s, and deliver distribution, assortment and visibility objectives across multiple markets and channels.
Candidates Profile:
- Should have 7-15 years experience in Channel sales, Distribution sales or Dealer Network.
- Should be from FMCG Industry with MBA from Premier Institute.
- Should have atleast 5 years experience in field sales.
