Category Operations Manager - eCommerce - IIM/ISB/XLRI/FMS/MDI

- Will support category by being liasoning with the finance, logistics and customer service team.

- Internal controller for top line and bottom line to manage GMV & NMV ratio and overall category discount.

- Responsible for customer experience and control NPS as a matrix

- Improve efficiency in supply chain (shipment, delivery, installation)

- Planning Yearly & Monthly budget forcategory and ensure targets are achieved without compromising on burn Budget & Customer Experience

- Omprovising Business NPS, O2S, O2D, Cancellations, Last mile delivery and more efficient CS team

Experience - 3 years relevant experience post MBA from a reputed B-school (preferable IIM)
