- Be the voice of the customer in Citymall - Understand ever changing customer needs - latent or explicit - Stay on Top of changing trends and strategic priorities through in-depth data amassing as well as analysis of consumer data - Own the revenue and growth of multiple categories in your charter by working on AOV contribution, Cart/User penetration and frequency - Keep a sharp understanding of user cohorts and their shopping behavior and assortment needs - Put in place a scalable and manageable process to gather inputs from customers, Community Leaders, as well as City Business Teams - Create a comprehensive assortment &amp; Selection Addition strategy, focused on increasing the customer wallet share in the platform - Improve on assortment Mix through right assortment additions well as correction in pricing gaps - Identify opportunities for giving customers value through intelligent and limited discounting - Liaise with customer acquisition and engagement teams to Put in place charter for campaigns and product launches to drive Assortment Mix and improve upon Cart/User Penetration Metrics for respective categories - Work with merchandising to provide right visibility to right assortment for the right customer at overall as well as at planned cohorts Your skills and experience: - Graduation + MBA from Tier 1 Institute
