Category Manager (Funded Startup)

- Looking for a Category Manager (Project Manager) for a disruptive startup that is growing in an exponential manner and is well funded. It's a very interesting role to take your career to the next level

- This role will offer you an opportunity to work closely with work in a high growth, early stage environment with lots of talented people. You will be responsible for handling one of the Category and would be responsible for the P& L management, grow the market share, building the pricing strategies and improving the customer experience of that particular category.

To fit into this role you have to be Go-getter, extremely focused, and embrace uncertainties.

Responsibilities :

- Generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps

- Study user behaviour using App Analytics software

- P& L Management

- Building GTM Strategies

- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.

- Review daily KPIs and proactively identify opportunities, trends, and threats to the product.

- Lead a vertical for product related inquiries/ queries and work collaboratively with business units to address any issues that may arise

To fit the bill, you must be:

- 3-8 years of relevant experience

- MBA from top tier B-Schools

- Excellent communication skills

- A person who can deal with ambiguity and who is a strategic thinker

- Experience with Consumer facing products is huge plus

- Experience in the Gaming industry is huge plus
