About our Client : Our client is one of the leading Indian Fashion Retail brands with a rich history in the market. They are recognized for their innovative designs and products. Currently they are looking at expanding to the home furnishings category, and are looking to recruit a Category Manager (Sourcing), based out of their corporate HQ in Delhi NCR.

Job Description :

- Reporting to the COO/CEO, you will be responsible for the sourcing/procurement of home furnishing (soft lines) across vendors in India and abroad.

- Further, you will also be required to set up/establish an extensive vendor base across the region.

- Primary focus will be on finished goods sourcing for home furnishing as a category (fabrics, carpets, rugs, linens, vases etc)

The Successful Candidate :

- You will be a post graduate with around 10 years of experience in sourcing/procurement roles of home furnishing products.

- Prior experience of working in an eCommerce set up is an added bonus.

- You will have a strong vendor network across the region.

- The client is looking for someone with a hands on approach towards his/her work.
