Drive year-over-year improvements in financial results for the skincare category by overseeing the P&L of a specific portion of the category. Develops & recommends strategies for their specific portion in alignment with category strategy. Drive execution of projects as prioritized by category leadership, including innovation. Works effectively with cross functional teams including the sales teams, R&D etc. Develop short & long term sales & marketing strategies

- Develop creative & innovative and execute promotional inputs to improve sales and market share as per the brand objectives both through advertising & below-the-line (BTL) activities.

- Coordinate with distribution, production planning, manufacturing, and finance to ensure timely availability of products.

- To study/monitor AC Nielsen/IMS data on monthly basis for the brand & category and present management reports.

- Evaluate packaging / pack and pricing options on regular basis benchmarking the brand to the category/competition.

Looking for MBA with 7-9 yrs of exp handling FMCG brands preferably from Personal Care, Skincare, Grooming / Cosmetics Category. Strong communication & influencing abilities are desired
