Job responsibilities -
1. Work closely with R&D to create & deliver innovative products for all categories.
2. Ensure, once Innovation calendar is approved, Innovation Concept to Launch Docket is written, approved & rigorously followed up with concerned people to ensure on timely launches
3. Work closely with mktg team members to ensure monthly BTL plans are made as per timelines and all support defined. Work the market with sales personnel to identify and deliver new/innovative BTL support material/activation.
4. Work closely with Advertising/Media agency for all ATL creatives development & execution
5. Research work for growth, innovation and channel strategy.
6. Preparing Marketing Budget, sales & gross margin, for the year + 1 year outlook for category.
7. Build brand through well defined process - Innovation, merchandizing, ATL, BTL etc
8. Tracking sales category wise vs budget and taking actions to support sales to ensure targets are met.
9. Visit markets to provide feedback on the brand performance and execution of activities
10. Develop business plan for new/related categories.
- Ability to scan environment, competitive benchmarking & tracking, Annual Budgeting, forecasting, trends analysis, Write research briefs & analyze reports, strong in Excel/Powerpoint.
