Category Manager - Tier1/Tier 2
Designation: Management Trainee /Manager /DGM (Based on internal grading and experience)
Role: Category Management (Retail)
Responsibilities (Objective as well as the KPIs)- Category performance - measured by design turns at retail
- Optimise the category - store merchandise to maximise business performance
- Publish and maintain category gap tracker regularly
Job Expectations: - Analyse category trends in stores at various levels based on key parameters
- Analyse seasonal trends and stocking plans for stores
- Build and maintain store-category mix profiles
- Maintain parameters for the store automation system
- Analyse category performance at retail stores
- Analyse competitor category performance
- Analyse gaps in merchandise for inputs to design teams
- Order management process(pre PO part), handover to PPC
- Experience in retail, lifestyle products business will be an advantage
