Responsibilities: - Evaluate online and offline assortment for the assigned categories - Prioritize the right assortment based on market trends and customer need analysis - Weekly and monthly tracking of category P&amp;Ls to monitor profitability goals - Develop process, operation and financial plan to forecast inventory investments - Develop the product road map for the private brands program - Influence executive decision-makers to understand the brand and desired product positioning including key points of differences and target customer - Collaborate with cross functional teams of private label brands - Design and implement new processes to help scale up the business - Expand current suppliers, secure new brands and drive negotiation in agreements - Develop a thorough understanding of the market segment, seasonality and global trends/events while continually monitoring the competitors Requirements: - You have an engineering/MBA degree from a premium school (IIT/IIM/BITS) - You have 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in E-commerce/Start-up/Fashion - You have willingness to learn, innovate and take initiative - You think beyond conventional dogma and are able to work in a flat organisation - You are an expert in multitasking, critical thinking and tactical execution - You have proven track record in finding solutions to business problems
