Category Manager - Private Brand & China Sourcing - FMCG/FMCD

Must Have :

- Worked with Chinese suppliers and well verse with their working environment. Ideally have worked in China and speaks & understand Mandarin. 

- Self-starter, 100% ownership of the tasks assigned.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Has relentless focus, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to multitask while working in a highly charged environment

- Candidates from Consumer durable, FMCG industry would be a plus.

- Develop strong, functional relationships with key suppliers in respective countries(especially China) to get better rates and products on time for our own label or their brand.

- Implement supplier agreements/contracts when beneficial by working with cross-functional stakeholders.

- Continuously improve productivity and efficiency of processes related to Import and operational stuff.

- Develop a strong Vendor base for identified products and items.
