- It is a Global Group actively engaged in a diverse range of activities such as Manufacturing, Trading and Marketing of Consumer Products having established brands in personal care category. - You will work as a dedicated category resource for the assigned category to develop and execute necessary strategies and plans, based on market requirements and constituent needs for the Category by developing category, region and country specific strategies and plans - You will be required to do following for existing and prospective regions in Africa and Middle East Majorly - Annual business Planning and Forecasting - Market and Competition Research - Distribution Planning - Pricing, New Product Identification - Marketing and Sales promotion - MBA with 8+ years of experience in export is ideal - Exposure in Africa and / or experience in handling African markets will be most preferred. - Willingness to travel extensively across different markets is must - Soaps / Detergent background is most preferred.
