Category Manager - New Product Development - Paint Industry

- Manage the product creation process from design hand off to production approval

- Establish and execute the brand strategy for the women's apparel product to achieve financial, quality and product integrity goals.

- Grow and manage Product Developer ensuring milestones are met and product creation process is standardized across category.

- Collaborate with cross functional teams from Design, Technical Design, Raw Material R&D and Sourcing to ensure on time delivery per set calendar dates each season.

- Manage multi-season development calendars and the execution for all tasks related to the Product Development cycle

- Responsible for Key Performance indicators that include but not limited to maintaining vendor scorecard, IMU, fit approval and salesman sample execution

- Work with Sourcing through consideration of available capacity, capability, workmanship and costing

Candidate Requirement :

- MBA from Top 10 B-School

- From - Any Building Material /Adhesive/ Chemical / Lubricant / Tyre / Glass Industry
