Position - Category Manager/Merchandise Planner - Pet Food, Fashion and Accessories

Skills required -

Should have end-to-end category responsibility

Appointing Merchants for E-Commerce Marketplace

Identify, Create and Qualify product opportunities in the target category.

Understanding the customers requirement & consult them on the different products available.

Build, Manage, update & report on a Category Sales.

Coordinating with our technical team and the merchants to execute e-commerce activity for category.

Managing Key Merchants and generating more business through driving margin enhancements.

Meeting Customers Regularly for Feedback & Delivery Expectations.

Developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics in concert with company plans, goals and practices.

Coordination with other operational functions.

Identifying future growth potential and developing strategies to achieve this.

Qualification - Min Graduate, prior Retail Experience or E-Commerce experience mandatory. Exceptions only if the candidate possesses exception knowledge about the category mentioned.

This position is based out of Pune and will have fixed+variable+equity part of the compensation
