Job Description

 RESPONSIBILITIES :-

- Defining MBQs, monitoring topline and bottom-line of the business, stock availability, stock turnover, Category Assortment Expansion.

- Managing overall operations including Buying & Merchandising, Vendor Management, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, etc.

- Ensure Range Planning, Promotion Management, Planogram, ABV/Bill penetration & Vendor Fill rates.

- Steering merchandising efforts in harmony with the business objectives.

- Continuous follow up with the vendors and supplier for their company schemes for better buying.

- Reducing the dead stock by sending slow moving stocks to the vendor as per liquidation plan.

- Should be strong at National Sourcing & TOT Negotiation.

Additional Information

Work Experience Required

- Start up attitude is a must have i.e. ready to work in dynamic environment

- 5-8 years of relevant marketing experience in FMCG/ F&B / FMCG Retail

- Need candidates who can join within a month.

- Only Male candidates needed.

- Target Companies - Future Group, spencers, Grofers

- MBA is mandatory.
