- Manage entire category planning including product launch, media, innovation, and promotion activities in coordination with stakeholders
- Be the anchor in cross-agency (creative, digital, PR) interactions for effective 360-degree communication development on assigned category
- Own budget planning and projection in coordination with country manager and finance team
- Work closely with the Regional Marketing Hub on end-to-end rollout of the assigned category NPDs (Consumer Research, Product brief, Interaction with innovation team, product launch etc)
- Align Media Planning, Trade & Market Research and other marketing processes in line with category/brand/country strategies
- Work on consumer Insight and strategy by defining methodology for research in the markets,
proper segmentation, analyzing market share/Sell-out
- Lead promotional and sampling activities across products, regions, and store types
- Understanding of the assigned category coupled with internal & external data analysis to generate relevant hypothesis and action plans
- Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure accurate artwork approvals and delivery for all regions
