Category Manager - Manufacturing

Job Deliverables :

- Capture 10% of addressable procurement wallet in that particular geography & industry. In this case we are looking at the foundry & engineering segment within West Bengal.

Key Deliverables :

1. Create an implementation plan for next 36 months for this industry.

2. Build a team with a strong understanding of both demand & supply in that industry.

3. Communicate with Tech Lead to ensure smooth implementation of features required by that industry.

4. Work with your team to ensure strong supplier base.

5. Drive sales and manage the sales force for the same.

6. Overall P&L incharge for that category.

Education :

- Bachelors from a reputed college. Engineering preferable.

- MBA or Masters is a must

Skills & Competencies Needed :

1. 2+ years of experience in business devt, sales or category management roles.

2. Capable of meticulous planning and thorough execution of plan. Should be self motivated having - go-getter- mind set.

3. Role would have a sizeable on field activities so the individual should be open for that.
