Category Manager - Luggage & Footwear/Gear

This role will be responsible for driving category level business growth both topline and bottom line.

Role Responsibilities

- In & Post season management.

- Manage category margins, profitability & inventory

- Manage Product lifecycle

- Analyze market trend and competitive landscape by segment to recommend product assortment & price positioning.

- Identify and fulfill gaps in the current product portfolio.

- Partners across channels/ retailers

Candidate description :

- Should be an Masters in Fashion Management (preferred) OR MBA Graduate from a premier institute.

- 5~8 years of channel or category management.

- Sales experience will be an added advantage.

- Strong Analytical Skills.

- Proven ability to handle ambiguity.

- Excellent leadership, planning, team management and relationship management skills/ ability to influence peers.

- Multi- faceted & Strategic Thinker with an ability to deliver results.
