- Visit across States for Market analysis, Competition visit and Review State Team performance - Fortnightly

- Alignment with Cross Functional departments - Supply Chain, Ops, Marketing, MDM, Finance and Human Resources, to expand product categories
- Deliver the Budgeted Sales and Gross margin for the category
- Assortment planning for Better store Range, which is in line with the company's sales and margin plan
- Category Trade & Initiative plan (Including promo) to drive category sales and customer satisfaction , devising long-term development strategies for product categories
- Analysing past sales figures/trends to anticipate future product needs.
