Job Profile

Business & Merchandising:

- Interaction with design, marketing and IT team

- Managing categories for online business

- Introduce new collection as per business plan and domestic/international trends in jewellery and general fashion

- Product life cycle management for each collection/category

- Driving sales by ensure right mix of designs online as per customer behavior and business results

- Driving targeted gross margins by ensuring optimum product mix, pricing and consumer offers

- Ongoing improvement in assortment across categories, collections across price bands to provide targeted business results

- To create and work with design/marketing team on annual collection plan

Creating Product Catalogue

- Analyzing offline and online competition on an ongoing basis for their products, prices, offer etc. To identify existing gaps and look for opportunity

- Analysing customer profile for various categories and help team to target customer better

- Creating design briefs for designers basis available gaps and trends

 Passionate about product management

- Analytical skills

- Result oriented, self driven

- Team work: open communicative personality with multiple interests, transparent and cooperative team player

- Strong sense of aesthetics, open to feedback, willingness to learn new computer software and other skills

- Working under high pressure to meet delivery timelines
