- Own and manage the product development lifecycle by working closely with Marketing, Procurement, Operations, R&D, Quality functions
- Develop Brand Positioning, Identity & Architecture for consistent brand development
- Develop yearly category business plan, marketing plan, quarterly and monthly forecasts
- Coordinate with Sales & Supply Chain for ensuring achievement of monthly, quarterly and yearly business objectives
- Plan & Implement Brands Marketing Plan For Achievement Of Business Objectives
- Collaborate with Sales on development on trade marketing plans for the category
- Identify Innovation & Renovation Opportunities and Implement the same thru cross-functional coordination
- Identify brands research needs and implement the same
- Develop the brand's communication strategy and implement the same thru Offline & Online Media
- Collaborate with E-Commerce For Performance Marketing & Brand Development On The Platforms
- Plan & Implement Brands Promotional Needs Thru Active Collaboration With Cross-Functional Teams
- Track Brands Performance on business metrics, plan and implement appropriate actions to achieve business objectives
- Track Brands Product Quality Thru Secondary Research & Product Benchmarking & Collaborating with Quality
- Track Brands Equity Health, Plan Appropriate Actions To Manage Equity
- Manage Category Marketing Budgets & Play An Important Role In Influencing Trade Marketing Spends
- Manage External Vendor Relationships Like Creative Agency, Media Agency, Digital Agency, Printers, Event Mgmt Co's etc..
